There are many different ways that you can train your brain to remember a lot of things. That are out there that anyone can learn. Some techniques will work for some but won't work for others so it's up to the person that is memorizing their information to find the technique that works for them and stick with it. There are 5 different techniques that are used the most for memorizing information, articles, poems or even speeches. These 5 techniques are repetition, the write it down, record yourself and listen, chunking and "mirror mirror".  Repetition consists of repeating over and over the phrase in order for it to stick to your memory. The write it down method is useful for some because by writing things down multiple times it exercises their brains and helps them remember more.
